Blue Crush  (2002)

2.5 /10

"Total wipe out dude"; sure the surf scenes are creatively shot, the female lead is attractive, and this subculture was previously untapped, but horrid soap opera caliber story and dialogue have a funny way of making a movie suck. Potential to educate audience on surfing isn't even explored and seeing Kate Bosworth's face digitally plastered on stunt woman is creepy.  [English, 104min, PG-13]

Dude, Where's My Car?  (2000)

2 /10

Dude, where was my mind when I watched this movie? A plot so disconnected that half way in I noticed my disc skipped about three chapters worth of scenes ONLY because the movie was ending 20 minutes too early. I'd be hard pressed to find another movie I'd make the same error with. A group of stoned high schoolers could probably concoct a more clever script. Bottom line: if THIS can be made in Hollywood, ANYTHING can.  [English, 83min, PG-13]

How High  (2001)

2 /10

The real question is: how stupid? The answer: VERY.  Rappers Method Man and Redman star in this sloppily made, plot less excuse for big screen pot smoking, with so many racial and ethic stereotypes they cancel each other out. Die hard fans and/or the heavily influenced need only apply.  [English, 93min, R]

Schizopolis  (1996)

2 /10

Handful of interesting ideas/moments in a tub of crap. Completely aimless attempt at a "movie" that would be dismissed as pretentious creative vomit without Soderbergh's name stamped on it.  [English, 96min, NR]

Super Troopers  (2001)

2.5 /10

Insanely stupid movie featuring the worst police force in the history of film (surpassing Police Academy by a long shot). Occasionally amusing but this is entertainment at it's basement floor lowest.  [English, 100in, R]
